Jimmy Dammage are a gritty combustion of melodic, punky noise. Formed 10 yrs ago, UK 3-piece Jimmy Dammage, are back after a lengthy self-inflicted hiatus, with a 10-track album that spits with frenetic urgency and crackles with a melancholic exuberance. Shifting effortlessly between punchy riffs, hefty melodies and slabs of raucous grandeur, the album, set to be released in the spring of 2023 on both Interstellar Smoke and Rare Vitamin Records, is an essential 30-minute slice of catchy post-hardcore.
