About the event
Liam Bailey is a Nottingham-born soul singer-songwriter whose warm, reggae-tinged vocal style has earned him acclaim both as a solo artist and collaborative force. After debuting two stripped-back EPs on Amy Winehouse’s Lioness Records in 2010, he co-wrote and sang the UK Top 5 hit “Blind Faith” with Chase & Status in 2011, performing it live on Later… with Jools Holland. He’s since released acclaimed albums including Definitely Now (2014) and Zero Grace(2024), recorded with a raw, analogue soul sound.
Liam has toured globally - most recently supporting Chase & Status on their 2025 UK arena tour - and has appeared at BBC Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Glastonbury, and Maida Vale alongside Paul Weller. His appearance at Grounds, a curated live series held at the Granary Arts Café, marks a rare opportunity to experience his music up close.
